Protein Power Bowl

Quinoa, roasted chickpeas, kale, pumpkin seeds, and a lemon-tahini dressing.

Quinoa, roasted chickpeas, kale, pumpkin seeds, and a lemon-tahini dressing. Chickpeas, quinoa, and seeds all provide protein, which helps your body repair cells and make new ones. Chickpeas also add fiber and vitamin B6, and the lemon's vitamin C helps your body absorb iron from the kale and chickpeas.
